This is an experience of healing, release, connection and sensuality.
Water Flow takes place in an indoor heated pool, the water is 37’. The lights are low, there is music playing that helps you relax.
We talk first, about the experience, every one of these has a theme. Then we do so Heart Breathing to connect with the quiet inside of you.
We get into the water, into a womb of magical possibilities.
You’re guided through the practices, some on your own, some with a partner, and a beautiful, sensual touch process in a group.
Then we leave the pool, indulge a different aspect of sensuality with delicious eating, talk a little about what you experienced.
You’ll feel the peace and relaxation of the experience for a few days afterwards.
It’s a gift to yourself.
Here’s what someone experienced at Water Flow:
‘I was a participant with my partner in this extraordinary, and amazing workshop which you did not “facilitate”, as much as you fine tuned, the harmony and flow of the incredible music of a tribe of strangers, who very quickly merged into an orchestra of beautiful, respectful, loving, nurturing energy! -This could only be achieved by the brilliance and connected sensitivity of the Master conductor/composer—— yourself ! Naturally, I am as deeply and humbly grateful to all the beautiful, souls who allowed me ,in a loving, non-judgmental, space to experience and understand the intrinsic truth of “loving thy neighbor, as thy self”.
‘You have given me a gift for which I will always be grateful Jonti,….the authentic empowerment of “letting go!!,of true, personal authentic freedom to BE…..and, to love myself deeply, sensually and know that I am more than enough!! This has also triggered an unexpected, and marvelous paradigm shift in terms of my sexual and sensual experience with my partner, I am convinced that there will be many more new nuances of awareness as time goes on.’
