I taught an online Perineal Massage lesson last night. I had to do it on my phone, my computer has gone to be repaired.
Instead of sharing the images I use, I had to use the pictures. This morning I walked past the table and saw the close-up of a cervix.
I can’t show the picture here, the restrictions prevent it.
Contemplating it, the beauty, the mystery, the wonder, brought a few things to mind.
The first is how few women, and even less men, know much about the cervix. We know that Yoni anatomy, from the basics of where, and what the clit actually is, to the deeper structure and areas are a mystery to most people, the cervix even more so.
What this amazing part of your body looks like, feels like.
How to find it.
Then going deeper into the pleasure this area, and what’s around it can bring, and what it does, in pleasure, in energy, in emotion.
The A-Spot, The P-Spot, cervical orgasms, the fluid that it produces.
These experiences, especially cervical orgasms are not only experiences of deep pleasure, one of the deepest we can experience, but portals to so much.
Portals to the Heart, a direct energy connection.
Portals to expanded states of consciousness, even to the production of DMT, a psychedelic substance.
Portals to, and there’s no exaggeration in this, mystical experiences, transformational experiences.
The healing that this part of the body offers, which is the beginning of the journey to these deeper states, releases things on so many levels.
The practices, the experiences, are meditative to do, deeply intimate for both partners.
These are spiritual experiences, often for both of us, the body, the touch, being the space that something mystical happens in.
So often in spiritual texts we read something like Everything is within you.
And indeed it is!
