This is Aqua Release.
An experience bringing together the power of containment in the womb and the freedom of release.
Containment brings us into the body, we become aware of our boundaries, our form and our senses. This awareness creates a space of presence within us. When we surrender to that presence we feel connected, intimate with ourselves.
It’s been said that healing is about connection, connecting with the parts of ourselves we’ve disconnected from, or been disconnected from.
In connection we become whole, present, to life.
The warmth of the water offers us a womb of safety to relax, to release.
In this space we’re able to go deeply into our bodies, our breath.
This is where we connect with an inner knowing that guides to a natural state of surrender.
There is peace here, deep peace.
There is a softening that allows the body, the heart to open.
The opening deepens our awareness, our connection to ourselves.
Healing is simply becoming who we truly are, living in, with and from our true nature.
This experience guides us to that which is inside of us, as we release the conditioning and patterning surrounding our inner beautiful self.
This is an experiential workshop involving breath, touch, water, restraint and our senses.
Christos and Jonti have created a new and unique experience bringing together processes from many different streams of healing and growth.
Together they have over 40 years of learning, practice and experience.
