Asking The Questions

Every week I see people’s lives change from the work they do on healing journeys.

No-one can heal you, no-one can change anything in you, no-one can fix you.

You can.

As healers all that we can do is help give you the tools to do that and help you use them in the best possible way.

To keep this journey expanding for the people I work with, and for myself, it means I’m always learning and developing new ways for all of us.

There is a model I’ve developed over time that has been incredibly helpful for so many people to change things in their sexuality, their relationships and their lives. I don’t have a catchy name for it yet other than Asking the Questions.

For the first time ever I’m going to share this with you outside of the one-on-one sessions that happen in my practice.

We’ll talk about the patterns we live with, where they come from and how they impact on our lives.

We’ll talk about the connection between the body and mind, and why it’s so difficult to change the patterns and do something different.

We’ll talk about the energy model of life.

We’ll talk about the purpose of your mind, and how this is resistant to change.

We’ll talk about how asking questions is more powerful than looking for solutions, how this can connect us more with our creativity, our inspiration and intuition, how to create possibilities.

We’ll talk about the questions to ask and how to use this in your life to heal, to learn, to explore, to grow, to understand and to create pleasure, relationships and lives that are closer to the way we’d like them to be.
