We’re becoming, some of us anyway, more awake and conscious in life. We’re learning and exploring more about eating, exercise, meditation, the world, health and so many aspects of life.

Yet sexually, and in relationships, we still live with myth, misunderstanding and misinformation. Many of us are sexually inauthentic, unfulfilled, frustrated and disconnected.

We read about the amazing pleasure and love possibilities and that seems so far away from where we are and who we are.

Join me as we explore how we got to be where we are sexually, what the possibilities really are, and how we can get there.
