This is an introduction to Conscious Sexuality, what that is, what does it mean to be sexually conscious, how does that impact on our pleasure and relationships, what are the possibilities it has for us, how does this work if I’m not in a relationship, what stops us being conscious in our sexuality…
We’ll also talk about the other workshops coming up in the week, what they have to offer, do you have to be nude, etc.
Please bring cushions to sit on.
