An introduction to Sexual Healing, Growth and Exploration.
The workshop begins with a discussion about What sexual healing means, what does a healing journey involve, why is bodywork so important, how do painful, negative and limiting sexual experiences get trapped in our bodies and why do they repeat as patterns, how do we free ourselves from guilt, shame, embarrassment and inhibition, how do we become sexually free and what does that mean?
You’ll also learn the first tools to begin your own healing journey to free yourself to have deeper pleasure, greater intimacy, excitement and love.
