Many of us are disconnected from the sensuality of our bodies, the sensuality of life. We tend to connect this with sexuality, which limits our experience of ourselves, limits the way we experience, express and enjoy our bodies, and limits the intimacy we feel in connection.
In this experience you’ll begin to heal that connection with your body, understand sensual energy and learn a range of practices to continue working with on your own.
An element of sensuality is presence, presence creates intimacy. These practices bring you into that space.
As preparation for Sensual Massage this connects with your body, with your energy and facilitates a deeper understanding of touch.
