There is an art and a skill to exploring our sexuality and creating experiences that are fulfilling on every level.

In this talk we’ll look at how our sexual patterns are formed and the impact they’ve had on us.

We’ll explore the principles of Conscious Sexuality and how to create clarity on what we want, how to communicate this in a space of openness and possibility. We’ll also look at sexual communication and some techniques to have better sex.
