Sexual Healing – A Free Talk, Cape Town

There is a model of sexual healing that frees us from having a problem, needing to be fixed, being broken.
It’s a model of healing through pleasure, of opening to possibility. It’s a model of energy, of the body and of the heart.
We’ll talk about patterns and conditioning, beliefs and the limitations we live with. We’ll talk about how our patterns are in the body as well as the mind and how this keeps us doing the same things, having the same experiences and relationships.
We’ll talk about what fulfilment in love, pleasure and relationship is, and how expanding our perspective opens possibilities.
And we’ll learn few practices to begin this journey and how to continue on a path of healing, exploring, expanding.
