Communication in our relationships is often a minefield filled with misunderstanding and misinterpretation.

What we think, what we say, what our partner’s hear, are often worlds apart. Sometimes these gaps are so wide it often seems that we’re not talking about the same thing!

And then we add sexual communication to this and we’re lost.
