In this webinar I’ll share with you the practices of sensuality, to connect with yourself, become more present in your body, develop an intimate relationship with yourself.
We’ll look at how healing happens, how we change our patterns, the perspective of healing through possibility and expansion, the flow into growth and expansion.
Sensuality is also a path of awareness, and we’ll explore how these practices are meditations, of the body, and of life.
