This is an experience of healing, release, connection and sensuality.

Water Flow takes place in an indoor heated pool, the water is 37’. The lights are low, there is music playing that helps you relax.

We talk first, about the experience, every one of these has a theme. Then we do so Heart Breathing to connect with the quiet inside of you.

We get into the water, into a womb of magical possibilities.

You’re guided through the practices, some on your own, some with a partner, and a beautiful, sensual touch process in a group.

Then we leave the pool, indulge a different aspect of sensuality with delicious eating, talk a little about what you experienced.

You’ll feel the peace and relaxation of the experience for a few days afterwards.
