If you want to be F******* good at F******,
there are a few important things.
To be F****** good at F******* you can’t be lazy. You can’t flop on top, make a few half-hearted thrusts, have a groan of an ejaculation, roll off and reach for your phone, or fall asleep.
If that’s the best you’ve got maybe you shouldn’t even be in the room.
You’ve been given a body, a heart, energy, eyes, a mouth, a mind, a Lingam.
One of the translations of that, Lingam, is Staff of Life.
A noble part of your body to use in a way that expresses that.
Divinely, exquisitely, nobly, powerfully, subtly…
To be F******* good at F******* you have to connect your Heart and Lingam.
That when you move, you’re moving from your Heart, from a place deep inside of you.
Not a disconnected Lingam, rather the expression of You.
With intention.
With control, with deliberation.
Even the moments of abandon, the moments of wild, the moments of fire, are deliberate.
To be F****** good at F******* you have to be in command and be vulnerable.
They’re not opposites.
In command of your body, your energy. Creating, holding a space for your lover to fill.
Vulnerable that when she looks into your eyes, she sees your soul, all that you bring.
All of it, including your fear, your insecurity, your uncertainty and more. In command that you own, acknowledge, allow, all that you are.
In the space between command and vulnerability intimacy flourishes and blooms.
To be F****** good at F******* you have to be present.
Not disembodied, not dissociated.
You’re not a latex toy, you’re a living, breathing, growling, moaning human being.
Which is another element of F good at F.
Your throat, your voice. Open and alive.
Sound is energy, and when she hears your song of desire, her throat, her voice opens in a hymn to the Gods and Goddesses of pleasure.
To be F******* good at F******* you have to communicate, to listen, really listen, and talk.
Specifically, in detail.
You have to be willing to learn, to put what you think of ego aside, and humbly, openly, listen.

Listening, learning, sharing is a portal that opens to deep, deeper, high, higher, pleasure.
To be F******* good at F******* you have to learn to dance, for this is a dance, ancient and sacred.
You have to learn about her body, how to move, where to move.
You have to learn to breathe, to pause.
You have to learn about your energy, how it moves, for this is a dance of energy.
You have to learn about the power of the slow.
You have to learn about your fire, which is so much more than simply pounding away. The fire is control and finesse, subtle and deep.
You have to learn about connection, for nothing in this happens that is not part of the everything of this.
To be F******* good at F******* you have to
go inside yourself.
Why, who are you, what are you bringing, what are you receiving, what are you taking, what are you offering?
Intention, purpose, presence.
They’re within.
How do you approach the sacred ground of her body?
That’s within.
Your inner world, beliefs, culture, that’s an expression of what’s within.
And the way you are, the way you F, that’s an expression of that inner world, of who you are, how you are.
To be F******* good at F******* you have to be fluid, liquid, like the elements.
So many different expressions, moods, tides, ways to be. Sometimes the fire is warm and low, sometimes it’s an inferno.
Sometimes the water is gentle and slow, sometimes it’s a sweeping power.
There’s more, to be F******* good at F*******.
