May I honour you by looking into your eyes.
May I honour your body by looking at you, at your skin, at the curves and plains, the valleys, the ridges.
May I take you in with my gaze and look at you in wonder.
May I honour your body by breathing your scent in, by drawing you in me on my breath.
May I honour you by listening to your words, to your tone.
May I honour your body by bringing your palm to my mouth and tasting your skin.
May I honour your body by laying my hands on your skin, feeling you, touching you.
May I honour your body by, even for a moment, immersing myself in you, and in this, knowing we are one.
In our seeking the sacred we find it within.
We find it in our bodies, in our hearts.
We find it in our sensuality, in the expression of that sensuality, in the awareness of another, in the intimacy with another.
There, in that closeness, where nothing else exists.
There in that moment, where there is no other time.
There, in the sensation, in the breath, the gaze, the touch, the fragrance, the sound of your breath.
There we find the sacred.
In this experience, and it’s only in the experience, we find ourselves, we find another.
Healing is in the experience, learning is in the experience, intimacy is in the experience, energy is in the experience, sensation is in the experience, feeling is in the experience.
Healing is finding ourselves, releasing ourselves, freeing ourselves, connecting with ourselves.
From the patterns, the conditioning, the contractions, the inhibitions, the fears.
We free ourselves into pleasure, we see ourselves into possibility.
Pleasure in this context is vitality, creativity, life-force.
Pleasure is desire.
Desire for life, desire to express all of ourselves in life.
Bringing all of who we are home, to ourselves.
Many of us begin this journey looking for healing, which means so many things.
There’s a shift in perspective which takes us into a different way of walking this path.
The shift is about wholeness, about possibility, about creativity.
Some of us begins this journey knowing that there’s more, seekers.
Some of us know that something inside of us is yearning to come home, come into the light, longing to be expressed.
Some of us may be curious.
Some of us, this happens, don’t always know why. We land somewhere, we sit before someone, something crosses our paths, and something inside says yes.
It doesn’t matter.
There’s a space for everyone, there’s a way for everyone.
In the past few weeks life has gifted me with some beautiful new ways for us to encounter ourselves and each other.
New ways to touch, to experience our bodies and hearts.
I’m so excited to share these with you.

Its the experience of the wisdom of the body, an inner knowing.
