‘I felt this so deeply, and so deep inside my Yoni.
As the intensity of the points increased and the pleasure expanded, I realised that as soon as I thought about it, about letting go, or had any thought, it disappeared. And when I just let go the waves of pleasure were amazing. I felt things, parts of me, that had never been pleasure before. Such an opening, so much pleasure, and at the same time a release.’
There are so many ways for us to experience pleasure, limitless.
There are so many ways for women to experience orgm.
Something’s been emerging for a while, a holding orgm.
My spelling is purposefull not a mistake, I’m in a seemingly ongoing struggle with FB to stay on the platform. More of that soon.
I’ve been talking a lot about ogsms this week, from different perspectives.
Here’s something that takes us to places so deep, so magical, so pleasurable, so intimate, so energetic, that they’re simply mystical.
For most of us, as soon as we touch a Yoni, it’s movment, friction.
And for most of us, that’s hard and fast, harder, faster, more friction.
To make you come.
Mostly through clitoral stimulation.
BTW, this has created a situation where so many clits are actually numb, as opposed to how sensitive they can be, how much they can feel.
When we get to internal stimulation, it’s the same.
The G-Spot, A-Spot, P-Spot, K-Spot, in this beautiful alphabet of pleasure.
Hard and fast.
Even, for most men, penetration, pounding porn-model.
In all of these touches, very little finesse, and very little understanding of how the body actually works.
Holding O’s are a whole other world of experience.
I’m going to say that they’re accessible to everyone, and also an advanced experience.
They don’t happen quickly.
The path to these spaces require an opening, a softening, a surrender.
Of the Yoni, of the heart, of the mind.
This opening is physical, emotional, spiritual, energetic.
There’s safety and trust, communication and knowing.
It’s a place of some of the deepest intimacy we can feel.
These are experiences of stillness, present stillness and holding.
The physical is that body, and particularly the tissues of the Yoni hold so much.
There’s a saying, from Caroline Myss. Your biology is your biography.
In brief, the tissues of your Yoni hold a great deal of tension, of emotional stuff.
It’s one of the main reasons for painful s#@.
And one of the main reasons women don’t have internal o’s.
Tissue that should be alive, awake, sensitive, vital, welcoming, receiving, are tender, numb or painful.
When this starts to clear, internal pleasure increases and expands amazingly, which makes so much possible.
Including holding o.
As much as we talk about the body, mind, heart being separate, and even being able to work with them differently, they’re deeply connected.
Working with, healing, clearing, the physical, has to be connected to the mind, the heart.
To the stories we have, the beliefs we hold, the experiences we’ve had, the hurts we’ve felt, the patterns and conditioning we hold.
This is one of the things that make this path so effective, it includes all aspects of our being.
Then there’s the actual practice of the experience, which requires something very different from a lover. Different to what many of us bring.
It requires presence, physical presence, emotional presence.
It requires patience and time.
Its not about getting you turned on a little, maybe a little wet, before I penetrate you, thrust for a, mostly, very few minutes and ejaculate.
This is an experience of giving.
In a way it’s a meditation, a conversation with your body that requires listening through touch, through breath, that requires presence and focus.
That requires knowing anatomy and energy.
It’s an expression of love, intimacy and depth.
Getting to this is a journey, an inner journey, and a journey shared.
It takes time.
There’s something I come back to more and more in what I teach and share. Depth requires devotion.
These higher experiences are expressions of devotion. To ourselves, to our lovers, to our bodies, our hearts.
A devotion to Pleasure, and the limitless possibility that she holds for us.
A devotion to life, to an aspect of life that’s a key to so much, if we’ll allow ourselves to surrender to her myriad gifts.
