The Yoni, Sacred Space, reveals mystery after mystery.
We know so much, there is so much to discover, so much to learn.
The body is the guide, the teacher, and the way in to deeper experiences, deeper spaces.
Through connection we access the wisdom of the body.
Through touch we learn the wisdom of the Yoni.
For over 25 years I’ve been doing and teaching Conscious Sexual Massage, Bodywork and Touch.
In this time I’ve developed a range of Yoni Massage experiences.
Often, when we hear the term Yoni Massage we tend to think of a particular experience.
There is more, much more.
Some of these, and this is where the journey begins for many women, are about healing.
Healing tension, tightness, contraction in the tissues of the Yoni.
Releasing emotions that are stored there.
Going from numbness to sensation.
Moving from pain to softening, opening, receiving.
Allowing trauma to be released.
Healing becomes connection, becomes intimacy, becomes curiosity, becomes learning, becomes wonder, becomes possibility.
We start to become aware of energy, sexual energy, creative energy, vitality.
We become aware of deeper states of pleasure.
We become aware of how connected Yoni and Heart are.
We become aware of how your body, this energy, pleasure, becomes a portal to spiritual experiences, expanded states of consciousness.
Recently I’ve been doing a lot of work helping release the area around the cervix, deep inside the Yoni.
This is often where deep emotions sit, sometimes generational patterns of sexuality and pleasure, issues of deservability, self-worth.
It’s connected to our voice, to asking for what we want, not only in pleasure, but in life.
It’s connected to the Heart.
And it’s connected to Spirit.
This release opens enormous pleasure experiences, Cervical orgasms and more.
It becomes a way to directly feel, and to be immersed in sexual energy, in waves of what can only be described as sacred energy, moving through the whole body.
It’s an experience of oneness.
It changes us, in so many ways in life.
It brings an inner knowing, an inner peace.
We’re able to live with more love than fear, more openness, more yes.
One of the things I’ve noticed with this, and this is where the body reveals itself in new ways, is how, when this area is open, soft, receptive, the cervix moves.
She moves into the touch, she follows the touch, she guides the touch.
It’s not a space of ‘this is just being done to me, I’m engaged’.
There’s a presence, a conversation.
It shows how alive the body actually is, especially when we open this conscious connection, this relationship with ourselves.
This is where we begin to understand what Sacred Sexuality is.
We tend to bring some very fixed, and limited ideas of who we are, of what we are, in energy, in spirituality, in sexuality and in love.
These are mostly in our mind, in our beliefs.
These are what create and limit our experience.
When we go into the body, and when we go deeper into the body, we see how much more we are, and how much more there is for us.
It’s in the body, the wisdom.
It’s in the Yoni, the portal.
It’s in the Heart, in love.
