Over the past weeks some new practices have emerged in my work.
There’s been a mixing of massage and meditation, and a mouth massage, both of these have deepened healing and pleasure experiences enormously.
And then something else in the past week.
The only way I can describe it is a Rush of Love.
I work with The Heart Touch.
Touch is a language that goes deeper than words.
It goes to a place within us, deep within us, that is a place of knowing.
With this touch we are seen, we are felt, we are acknowledged.
With this touch we are loved.
We are loved.
And this feeling, this knowing of love, even for a moment, makes so much possible.
In a healing space it allows us to relax and release, to open, to soften.
And to receive.
This is the space where we let go.
We drop the armour, we remove the masks.
Our bodies soften.
The hurt we hold, the tension, the contraction, the stress and trauma, begin to melt, to dissolve.
When it happens in the body, it allows the mind to change. We think in patterns, in loops. The same thoughts, the same perspectives, the same story about what happened. Through the body we find something different happening in the mind. New peeps rives emerge, a different way of seeing something. New questions arise, and when we change the questions we can find different answers.
Energy begins to flow.
Pockets of emotion, undigested experiences, trapped patterns of reaction can move.
We expand.
The healing model I work with is that of expansion, of possibility.
Instead of just focusing on the issue, the problem, the blockage, we look at how something other than the pattern we’ve been locked in can change. We look at, we feel, how this can change through open, releasing.
We make space.
What happened this week, in the Water Flow Massage, in healing sessions, a deeper experience of The Heart Touch in a way I’ve never felt before.
A Rush of Love, for that person, in that moment.
It filled me, brought me to tears.
And I felt so much move in their body.
With a lover The Heart Touch becomes a space of intimacy that connects us in a way we can feel.
It deepens sensation, pleasure, emotion, in a dance that is limitless.
The Heart Touch is expressed in our hands, our eyes, our mouths, our kiss, our tongues, our sex.
In both these spaces it’s about presence, that moment being an expression of life, of love, that flows through us, around us, that connects us so deeply that we know it’s Love.
The healing space becomes a space of Love.
Our relationship becomes more a space of Love.
Our pleasure is infused with something more, a vitality, a spark, an energy, a vibration, a frequency, that does something amazing.
It’s not so much about changing us, it’s about revealing us.
The essence of who we are can be seen, without the patterning, the conditioning, the story, the beliefs, the inhibitions, the limitations.
Without the disconnect, without the separation from the parts of ourselves we’ve judged, been judged for, left, locked away.
Without the disconnect from life, from nature, from the world.
And I see, I see, this is what healing is.
It’s love, it’s making love with life, being loved, feeling loved.
It’s being conscious and awake to see who we are, not who we’ve been told we are, not what our minds and conditioning and so many others have told us we are.
And I see, I see, this is what love is.
To feel so connected that we know we’re so much more than separate and alone.
And I see, I see, this is what pleasure is. A doorway, through sensation, through energy, to the opening of our Heart to the Heart of Life.
And this came with a Rush of Love.
I see, more than ever, that as we learn this, as a facilitator, as a lover, we do it as an expression of ourselves. We do it for ourselves. We do it with each other.
We do it to express love. The more of this there is within us, the more we’ll let go, soften, open.
The more intimacy we’ll feel, with ourselves, with another, others, life.
The more we’ll expand into being more of our essence.
And healing happens.
Love happens.
Life happens.
It becomes an expression of who we are.
And in this, limitless possibilities, of our bodies, minds and hearts.
Whether you do healing work or not, learning this is a journey into yourself that becomes your healing, your learning, your growth.
As a lover it deepens and enhances the sensation, the feelings, the pleasure you experience.
I know what it did for me this week, and how it opens the space for so much more in my work, and in my teaching.
