The Limitless Body, Quiet Lingam

Share

I talk about the limitless possibility of the body, the limitless possibility of touch, of sensuality, of the ways to touch, to connect, the ways we can experience ourselves and another.

‘One of the amazing things about working with Jonti is that there’s always something new. His creativity just blows me away. I’ve been on this journey with him for quite a while, been to many workshops, and there’s always more. Even on the same workshops, sometimes they’re totally different. The ways I’ve experienced touch, and the healing, the pleasure, the sensations and the energy that comes from it. There’s always more, something I so appreciate on this journey.’

Exploration, discovery, adventure, learning more about us has always been important to me.

This takes me into myself, and outwards, to share with you.

This expansion of, let’s call it sensuality, is endless.

As is the inner journey, as is the expression of intimacy, as is the exploration of our bodies, minds, hearts, spirits.

It’s an expansion of desire, not only desire in the sexual sense, its the desire for life.

To feel, to experience, to share.

To be more alive, more creative, more vital, as a natural expression of an opening heart, a curious body and a mind of possibility.

What’s emerged recently is a connecting of touch and meditation, deeper understanding of Yoni pleasure, the experience of a still orgasm, new massage experiences, how limited and contractive the idea of making someone come, making someone squirt is, the almost violent way we touch ourselves and each other, conversations about why we have sex, how important it is that sexuality is in the context of life…

And a deeper, expanded practice of Quiet Lingam.

I’ve been doing a lot of work recently with men, with so many aspects of male sexuality.

One of the deepest things that’s emerged is how powerful it is for men to receive, without performance, without a goal, without the need for an erection, for an ejaculation.

To relax into feeling, into sensation, into the presence of whatever arises.

It changes the pattern of our sexuality, the urgency, the chasing, the forcing.

It allows us to relax, to soften, and from there, for our sexual energy to flow in a more natural way, that’s an expression of the moment.

It’s an energy penetration.

It’s a heart penetration.

It’s gentle, it’s soft, it’s slow.

And it’s deep.

For so many men it’s new.

It’s not about performance, it’s not about hard, it’s not about control.

It’s about vulnerability and receiving.

It’s about surrender.

And that’s its power.

For as you open, you allow your lover to give. The more you open, the more they can give. Great power in this. For there needs to be rhythm, energy needs to flow. If I can’t fully receive, you can’t fully give. The flow is impeded. The power of a giving heart, of giving hands cannot be experienced. The power of a receiving heart, of a receiving lingam cannot be felt.

Quiet Lingam is soft and slow.

There may be no erection.

Orgasm is not required.

There’s breath, there’s sensation and there’s emotion.

There’s allowing what’s there, whatever is there, to be there.

There’s intensity in this, connection and focus.

It’s a meditation on pleasure.

It’s presence.

We are creatures of pattern, our bodies go where they know. Our mind goes where it knows.

There is healing, oh there is healing!

There is release, layers of release, till the essence is revealed, a man open.

Heart and Lingam connected.

I keep saying that there is no limit to pleasure. The same for sensation and for emotion.

The deeper we go into the experiences, the deeper we can go into ourselves, into our partners, and into possibility.

I’ll be sharing this practice, which has extensive movements on the perineum and testicles, as well as the Lingam, and Quiet Yoni, with the new mediation, which takes us really deep, on The Intro to Sacred Sexuality in Cape Town, Sun 10 Sept and in Jo’burg Sun 17 Sept.
