The Liquid Spot of Pleasure

Share

I teach a lot of workshops that are about sexual techniques.

I love these, and they’re important as they have a lot of information in them, a lot about anatomy, a lot about where things are in our bodies, and in our partner’s bodies, how to find them, how they work.

Something interesting about these workshops, again, that’s important is when we hear this information, we understand a lot about ourselves. We come to see why things don’t work, why we don’t have the experiences we’d like to have and think we should be having.

We see why things in our bodies, in our hearts, our emotions, our energy get stuck and blocked.

In our fascination, a delicious fascination, interest, curiosity, wonder, enchantment, with female sexuality, and the Yoni, we’ve learned about so many pleasure spots.

And many of us, the performance oriented, the goal oriented, the ones obsessed with ticking the boxes, making it happen, finding them, getting it right, just want more information, more technique.

And in our search for all these spots, all these experiences, all these different types of orgasm, being the best, there’s a spot we’ve missed out.

BTW, just to entice some of you, there’s a little known K-Spot, which does amazing things.

The spot we’ve missed out is one of, if not, the most important spot of all.

And even though I’ve used the title, The Liquid Spot, I’m not going to reinvent the wheel, I’m going to use, with thanks, Caffyn Jesse’s name for it, The D-Spot.

Why is it so important?

Because it moves, it’s that simple and that powerful.

It moves.

Every day, every experience.

Sometimes minute by minute.

We have, as a generalisation, a mechanist, patterned view of the body, of sexuality, of desire and arousal, and of love.

If we do this, if we push these buttons in this order, open this progamme, that will happen.

And we expect it be the same every time.

When so much of what that model of sexuality does, is disconnect us from the reality, from the presence, of our bodies and hearts.

The media, and porn is part of this, furthers that view.

5 steps to being a better lover!

Learn this technique and blow her mind!

The formula of porn, the formula of movies.

And that everything is going to be the same every time, and with every partner.

Sexual machines.

And when it doesn’t happen the way we expect it to, we blame ourselves, we blame our partners, we blame the technique.

Maybe the first step to being a better lover, a great lover, as all the courses promise, is to learn how fluid desire and arousal are, how fluid the body is.

Then we have a context to learn the information in a way that’s real, that’s human, that’s loving.

Just because stimulating the G-Spot in that way helped her have the most amazing orgasm today, doesn’t not mean that’s going to happen tomorrow, or even in an hour.

There’s a powerful Tantric concept of impermanence.

Everything rises, everything falls.

There’s sunshine, there’s rain.

The ocean is calm, it’s tempestuous.

Today my desire is fiery, tomorrow it’s gentle.

Today I want your words, tomorrow I want silence.

Today I would like to be touched here, right here, a little to the left, a little slower, and tomorrow, well, let’s see what’s present then…

This takes us out of expectation into presence.

It takes us out of the goal into pleasure.

It takes us out of the mechanics into connection.

We learn to listen, to feel.

We open to a different way of pleasure, of sexuality and sensuality, that’s an authentic expression of the moment.

The Liquid Nature of Sexuality is that it flows, it moves, it changes.

It frees us, this way of being sexual, to be here, now, in our bodies, in our hearts.

In this limitless field of possibility.

I’d love to share this journey with you, there is so much to discover, learn, explore and experience.
