I talk about The Heart Touch, touching with love, touching from the heart.
It’s something I share at pretty much every workshop.
Eye-Gazing from the heart, kissing as an expression of your heart.
Going deeper, sex with your YoniLingam connected to your heart.
Penetration of your heart, penetration with your heart.
Receiving a lover into your heart, drawing him into your heart.
This week I was thinking, what does this really mean?
And how does it change our experience, what does it do?
In the conscious sexual/spiritual/tantric world, there are many things we say that are part of the jargon of these worlds.
Some of them, many of them, are things we pick up, without always thinking about what they mean.
We hear them, they become part of our expression, we use them, they get passed on…
They slip into the pattern.
And that’s where we begin to explore what The Heart Touch actually means.
The first thing is to bring us out of the pattern into presence.
Most of what we do in life is a pattern, subconscious. Our sexuality maybe even more so, because it’s the part of life we often talk the least about.
The pattern is we do what we know, we do what’s in our comfort zone and we do what what works, or we think works, which may be closer to the truth.
Being present takes us out of the pattern into awareness.
It’s like a conversation.
Instead of it being scripted, instead of us not even listening, instead of us just saying what we say, without any thought or consideration, we’re actually listening.
It becomes a conversation, with a response rather than a reaction.
Which takes us deeper into the greater intimacy touching from the heart, kissing from the heart, making love from the heart brings.
Connected to that energy, the pleasure deepens, the sensations expand, the energy flows.
We feel more, we’re more connected.
The conversation of our eyes, our bodies becomes more vulnerable, more open.
There’s more softness, there’s more fire.
There’s more freedom.
There’s more passion.
There’s more of what’s there naturally, without it having to be anything else.
There’s more of us, and there’s more of a conversation.
More listening, more of a dance.
There’s less of trying to make something happen, of chasing an ending.
There’s more of the pleasure of the deliciously sensual present, the beautifully open intimacy of ourselves in the tender moment of love.
It’s the way in, to discovery and exploration.
It’s the way in to deeper communication, both words and intuition, energy and feeling.
It’s the authentic expression of the moment. And knowing that every moment is different.
Some are soft and tender and gentle.
Some are fiery and wild and maybe even savage.
Some are long and slow, short and fast.
Some are moments of laughter and absurdity, some are deeply serious rituals of the sacred.
Some are even kinky and dark.
It’s all in the heart.
It’s also the space where we make more love.
Where every gaze, every touch, every kiss, every sexual, sensual, erotic moment, is making love.
The expression of love, the giving, the receiving, the sharing of love.
There’s an indefinable quality of this.
We feel it, we know it.
It doesn’t really have words.
It’s the whisper of the heart, the shimmering of energy, the pulsation of the body.
It’s the aliveness of the heart touch, expressed in sacred intimacy, in Divine pleasure.
It’s the ecstasy of the human meeting the spirit in the body through the heart.
