THE RAW SENSUALITY OF BEING IN PLEASURE

Share

We fear our pleasure more than we do our pain.

We fear our freedom more than we do our limitations, inhibitions.

We fear our power more than we do our smallness.

These things, pleasure, freedom, love and more, these things we fear, hold so many invitations for us.

More than anything else, they invite us into ourselves, into the direct experience of ourselves, of our bodies, of our bodies, our hearts, our lives.

They invite us into a place of rawness, and refinement, where there is nothing between us and the sensuality of being.

We fear our creativity more than we do our contraction.

We fear our possibility more than we do our patterning.

These things invite us into a space where there is a conscious and present relationship with ourselves.

With our thoughts and feelings, with what’s alive, awake and dancing in our bodies and in our hearts.

The freedom of this is in learning to listen to our inner voice, rather than anyone telling us how we should be, what we should feel.

It invites us to go beyond the clamor of what a man is, how a man should be, what a man wants, what a woman is, how she should be and what she wants.

It invites us into ourselves, where blood flows, and life pulsates.

We fear our depth more than we do our shallowness.

We fear our hearts, our love, more than we do our anger.

‘Pleasure is intelligence’, Caffyn Jesse writes.

It’s the intelligence of life to expand through all the channels it fills, flows in.

Choosing pleasure is choosing to expand into the space within us, the space between us, the space around us.

It’s choosing to create, ourselves, anew, in many ways, through the experience of sensual awareness.

We fear our intimacy more than we do our separation.

We fear our feelings more than we do our numbness.

It’s the invitation to move from porn/media oriented numbing, friction sex, to conscious pleasure.

This pleasure is a field of awareness so vast that goes from the bliss of breath, the simple inhale and exhale of air, to the cosmic orgasms that shift our reality.

This pleasure rewires our nervous systems, opens our hearts, shows us the path to the waiting Divine.

I read something a while ago that stayed with me, It’s not the path to peace, peace is the path.

Pleasure is the path.

The path to so much…

I invite you to explore a step or more, come and experience, come and learn..
