The Yoni Touch

‘I don’t think I have a G-Spot. I’ve spent a long time feeling inside, I don’t feel anything. My partner has spent a long time looking, nothing happens. Except it’s sometimes painful.

I think that’s from lots of touching.’

‘I don’t feel much sensation during sex. I love it, and I love him inside of me, but there’s not a lot of feeling.’

‘My orgasms have become more intense, even clitoral touching feels more, and I’ve started to feel more, inside my Yoni. G-Spot orgasms have become mind-blowing, like a spiritual experience.’

This is a little bit like a before and after story.

The before is something that many women share at the beginning of a sexual journey. Sometimes that’s what prompts healing and growth.

The after is what’s possible, what can be.

Let’s start at the beginning.

The tissues inside your Yoni, which should be alive, awake and sensitive, are often numb, tender or painful.

Why should? As much as I try not to use ‘should’, it’s so appropriate here, because that’s the natural state of your Yoni.

Pleasure, in so many ways.

Energy, emotion, vitality, creativity, receiving, welcoming, birthing, healing.

Over time, through the experiences we have, the education, or rather lack thereof we have about pleasure, the relationship we have with our bodies, the beliefs, the limitations, the inhibitions, the guilt, the shame, disconnects us from the natural expression of our Yoni.

Every time you’ve been touched in a way that’s not loving or honouring.

Every time you had sex for someone else.

Every time you were penetrated before you were ready.

Every time you felt pressure to perform, to come, to be a certain way.

Every time you had sex in a way to make someone else feel good.

Every time you were made to feel guilty about touching yourself.

Every time you were unfulfilled.

Every time you were shamed in a sexual way.

Every time nobody spoke about sex.

Every time there was something dirty about sex, about your body.

And a whole lot more ‘every times’, your Yoni contracted, held the hurt.

Within her.

So much emotion sitting inside of you.

So much energy not flowing in your Yoni.

It has a physical expression.

We just don’t feel, and often what we feel is painful.

It’s in the body.

And as much as we might talk about it, tell the story, change our thoughts, go through all the mind processes, it’s in the body.

And it’s in the body that it heals, releases, let’s go, relaxes, opens, softens.

For so many of us, first the healing, then the pleasure, the energy.

What’s interesting is that pleasure is a path of healing, but pleasure with a shift in the way we experience it.

The shift is in a touch that is slow, so slow.

And gentle, so gentle.

It’s a touch of presence that brings the body into presence.

It’s a touch that allows what’s in the body to be met, to be seen, acknowledged, felt, and released.

It’s a touch that speaks the language of the body.

It’s a touch that offers love where there has been hurt.

It’s a touch that invites desire without expectation, without wanting.

It’s a touch that invites the dance of sensation in all of its endless rhythms.

It’s a touch that gently draws the tightness, the tension, the contraction, the numbness into softening, awakening, releasing.

It’s a touch of no-time.

Time is linked to the outcome, to the ending, to the goal, which is often linked to pressure, to making it happen.

This is a touch of sensation, of feeling, of everything that’s in the moment.

It’s a touch of allowing, and this is what releases so much, welcoming what arises.

There’s a letting-go, a relaxing into the experience, into now.

It’s a touch of freedom, from expectation, into feeling.

It’s a touch of possibility.

‘I felt high, as if my body was making its own drugs, and I realised it was.’

‘This was a spiritual experience, the energy stayed with me, inside of me, I felt it for a few days afterwards.’

‘All of my life felt richer, as if it had been injected with brighter colours.’

I invite you to share in the experience, learning, giving, receiving, sharing.

There are workshops and webinars on Conscious Sensual Massage, Yoni and Lingam Massage and G-Spot Massage happening soon.
