Threesome, Sensual, Intimate, Delicious

A while ago I had a 3-way touch experience that was so beautiful, so sensual, so intimate.

It was deeply arousing, with no penetration, no orgasm.

It was just hands flowing over skin, bodies touching, moving, so many places of contact. There was such awareness of sensation, of texture, of breath.

There was the smell of arousal, which, when you open your sense of smell, subtle, so intimate, it’s on the skin of men and women. And it’s appropriate to say that this group was two men and a woman.

It went on and on, caress, stroking, feeling.

There were times where it felt as if everyone was one, one skin, one breath, one touch.

It was deeply a heart time, of intimacy, of connection.

It was freedom in that there was no expectation, there was no pushing, there was simply the flowing endless moment.

There was heat, there was wet, there was ease, relax, flow.

The world of touch, of pleasure, has limitless possibilities for us in so many ways.

It’s of the body, the heart, the mind, energy, the senses.

It’s endless what there is to discover, to experience, to explore.

One of the things these experiences require is for us to look at the story we have about sex, about pleasure.

The story we have about ourselves in sex.

The story we have about intimacy, about love.

The story we have about judgment.

The story we have about right and wrong.

It’s understanding that that story was given to us.

It’s the result of conditioning, of patterning.

It’s often a story of fear and control.

The fear of freedom.

The fear of desire.

The fear of who we are when we let go of so many of the labels and limitations.

The fear of what may emerge, what may arise within us, and what that means.

It’s the fear of going beyond, of transcending what we know, or at what we’ve been told.

And it’s a fear that we’re going to enjoy it and want more.

There such deep healing in these experiences.

Healing simply by feeling, by allowing.

Healing through the direct experience of being present in our bodies, in touch, in sensation, in the heart.

Healing in allowing ourselves to give, receive, share, being honoured, in that.

Healing in knowing that it’s just a moment, a moment that allows you to let go of who you think you are, which is just an idea, and mostly not your idea. Mostly what others have said you should be.

It allows that idea of healing to expand.

And to know that you’ll keep breathing.

That the sun will, probably, as much as we know, come up tomorrow.

That life will carry on.

And that you’ll still be you, just more of you.

And if there are lightning strikes, they’ll be of celebration and joy.  Nature celebrating your pleasure.

When we allow ourselves deeper pleasure, we’re happier, we’re healthier, we’re more relaxed, we’re more creative, we’re more alive, we’re more present, we’re more open, we’re more aware.

We’re more connected to others, we tend to judge less. We tend to see what connects us more than what separates us.

We’re more accepting.

We’re more alive, more vital.

And we smile more.

I’ve long spoken about the path of pleasure as being a path of healing.

And that’s just the beginning.

Most people’s journeys begin there.

Then they become about growth, about life, about spirit, about possibility.

Rooted in this body. This delicious, Divine body.

Lately I’ve been talking a lot with the people I’m teaching about reframing.

In essence this is a different way of looking at things.

When we begin to reframe pleasure, touch, feeling, so much can change.

And one of the ways to see it differently is as an expression of energy. It’s an expression of the energy of love, of connection. It connects us more with ourselves. And then experiences like this have a deeper expression, they take us beyond what we thought the limitations of life are. And if we can do this in one aspect of life, we can do it in others.

We heal by being, in direct experience of ourselves. And whatever it brings up within us, that’s the space for learning and growth.

And all of it, in the space of love.

Delicious, Divine Love.
