This is a deep and practical journey into touch, into breath, into sensation, into feeling, into energy, into sensuality, into pleasure and into awareness.

This is the work I do with people on healing and growth programmes and this weekend is about sharing it with you.

We’ll talk about a framework for healing, a context and why this is important.

We’ll look at a model of healing and growth.

We’ll talk about energy, about sexual energy and how we can use and experience this.

We’ll talk about pleasure as a path of healing, of exploration and growth.

We’ll talk about the power of gentleness.

Then we’ll begin experiencing, one practice at a time, learning as we go, slowly going deeper into the body, into ourselves.

We start at 10am, R1350, lunch included.

Please bring yoga mats, towels, pillows, notebooks, sarongs.
