THURS 12th Water Flow Massage

This is a peak experience of sensuality, connection, presence, deep relaxation and release.

It takes place in an indoor heated pool. The womb of the water allows us to drift, to release, to feel, to soften, and to be, to be sensual beings at play in life.

We begin with a short talk about Water Massage, about the experience.

We’ll do The Heart Breath, we’ll do an energy practice to bring us into quiet presence.

We’ll slowly sink into the water, some people are nude, some wear costumes, whatever you’re comfortable with.

In the water you’ll be guided through a range of experiences, some on your own, some with a partner, maybe in a group.

We start at 7 pm, R450

‘Thanks for a really beautiful, life transforming experience.  The meditative space of the water massage allowed me to go within and listen to my heart.  The prompting and exercises to connect with the heart made me so aware of how many protective layers I have put up around my heart to shield myself from pain in relationship.  Having my heart closed off is counterproductive if I am wanting to have an open, loving relationship.
